Reservation Policy

Rooms may be reserved by credit card or by sending a check for the entire reserved stay plus tax for each reserved room.

For Christmas reservations (beginning December 20th through the first week of January) and groups reserving more than 3 rooms for more than 3 nights, we require payment by check for the entire reserved stay plus tax. A credit card will be required to hold the reservation until such time as the check arrives. Credit card will be charged for the full amount if the check has not arrived by the due date and we are unable to contact you. For reservations secured by check, payment must be received within 7 days of making the reservation. We require a two night minimum stay for reservations that fall on Saturdays during high season and a three night minimum stay for Christmas, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day and Labor Day weekends. No check ins or check outs Christmas Day.

In the event of a cancellation, deposits will be refunded if notified at least 7 days prior to the reserved arrival date, 14 days for holiday reservations and 30 days for group reservations.

If a cancellation is made later than the cancellation date or reservation is a "no show", your credit card will be charged for the entire reserved stay plus tax for each reserved room. If the reservation has been secured with a check or cash, the deposit will be forfeited. We will refund whatever portion of the reserved stay that can be re- booked, less a $10 cancellation fee. Every effort will be made to re-book the room to refund deposits or to avoid charging your card.

This policy includes cancellations due to weather, illness, canceled flights, etc. The purchase of trip cancellation insurance is recommended as we can not be responsible for unforeseen circumstances.
